Where do you reside?
Burnie, Tasmania, Australia.
Describe your design style…
I would say that I tend towards mixed media in 99% of my layouts/projects.
Who or what do you give credit to inspiring your creativity?
Where do you start – so many people and I guess it depends on what I am doing – Fiona Paltridge, Mary Catt, Cindy Brown, Finnabair, Marta, Dyan Reaveley, Jodi Ohl… this list goes on and I guess that is the good thing about the internet and the availability of seeing a wide range of work from around the world.
What inspires you today?
It is Monday – the least inspirational day of all!!! But yesterday Pinterest got me inspired to start creating a canvas project
What is your favorite Canvas Corp Brand Product? and why? Just one please!!!
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists – ALL OF THEM!!!
We asked Lynn to choose her favorite project she has created using CCB Products.
Why is it your favorite project?
I love butterflies and this page came together with a real rhythm.
Do you teach and if so tell us a bit about what you teach, where you go and some of your favorite places?
I have not done much teaching – working full time and living in Tasmania does make it difficult.
I am the happiest doing…
…anything creative.
My favorite place to be creative…
My home – I am not very productive on retreats or crafting with others. I have a large area in my lounge room so I can scrap whilst being around the hub of home.
Tell us one cool detail about your studio or craft space…
I recently got some awesome drawers – the ones at the back – they are super for storage. I love to scrap around the noise of the family and tv.
Tell us one thing fun about you we might not know…
My husband tells me I am very clumsy!!! I don’t notice it but then I have lived with it all my life!
Share with us anything about your creative life that you feel would inspire others…
Create for yourself – not others. You will love your work more if you don’t compare it to others.
Thank you for stopping by! Have a great day!
