Has this ever happened to you? It’s just about time to head out the door to drop the kids off at school when you hear “hey, Mom, I need to bring a treat today” or you’re rushing to finalize party decorations and you realize you don’t have anything to display treats?
We’ve got the perfect easy solution; treat boxes you can make from a single sheet of paper.
Follow these simple steps:
1. Trim your paper to 8 X 8. With a ruler and pencil, mark each side at the 2 inch and 6 inch lines.
2. Using the pencil again, connect each mark to form lines. Your paper will look like a Tic Tac Toe board. Fold the paper along each line (you can also use a scoring board before folding).
3. With a scissor, cut each line at the corners to create flaps.
4. Place a piece or two of double sided tape in the four corners and fold up the ends to form a box.
You can decorate your boxes by lining with colored tissue paper and using chalk on the chalkstock paper box.
Hope you have fun making these and that your day is sweet!
Here’s what I used to make this project:
One 12 x 12 sheet of Chalkstock Open Stock
One 12 x 12 sheet of C-Flute White

This is cute! I teach art and have a ton of scrapbooking paper in my classroom. My student will love making little boxes like these!

How cute is this! Now I know what to do with all of those scrapbooking supplies that haven’t made their way into a scrapbook! You are just the best and have such incredible talent.
