My today’s project is a canvas pencil case which I covered in different High Impact Paints and made it my own. Why? simply because I needed a pencil case big enough to put all my mixed media stuff for when traveling and this Canvas Corp blank was just the perfect size. I am Mona Leonard and this is what I came up with using one of Canvas Corp zippered pouches.
Canvas Corp zippered pouch
Tattered Angels high impact paint aqua
Tattered Angels high impact paint blue
Tattered Angels high impact paint red
Tattered Angels high impact paint yellow
Tattered Angels high impact paint brown
Tattered Angels high impact paint black
Tattered Angels high impact paint white
Stencils
Paint brushes
Sharpie black paint marker
Stamp
I started by taking a blank Canvas Corp zippered pouch and started my backgrouond using the aqua and the blue and adding a bit of stencil using white Tattered Angels high impact paints.
I took one of my white paint and blocked off a square where i wanted to add one of my favourite Dina Wakley stamp and stamped it using a black permanent ink then coloured her in using my Tattered Angels high impact paints.
Here I added a bit of black around my stamped image and a bit of stenciling again using white. I finished it off by using my black Sharpie paint marker to write above the zipper.
