Christmas scene in wooden frame – December Challenge

Today Crew Member Viktoriya Porechnaya share a home decor piece inspiered by our December Challenge “Christmas Wish”.

I love Chrismas theme and I like Farmhouse Christmas collection Canvas Corp so I made a small frame with Christmas scene for cozy holiday mood in my home.

This is how Viktoriya´s beautiful piece was created:

Step 1

Color wooden frame with Decor &DIY paints and apply texturing paste to some places of it. Cut a piece of burlap from Farmhouse Christmas MIx&Match Pad equal in size of inner frame.

Step 2

Apply “snowflakes” with Decor & DIY paint on burlap piece and glue into frame. Apply “snowflakes” with Decor &DIY paint on burlap piece and glue into frame.

Step 3

Cut details from Farmhouse Christmas papers and pack- Santa Claus, banner, socks, frame etc. Start to create Christmas scene. Add more holidays details and dimension using thick cardboard. 

Step 4

Add embelishments( sticky gems, berries) and some shine with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer mist.
