Cut pieces of canvas in 14x6in (~35x15cm) dimensions. Cut as many as you want to make.
Sew the canvas around to secure from fraying. If you want, you can use some glue to protect it even further. Then fold at about 4 1/2 in and sew (or glue) on the left and right side. Finally, following the dimensions in the photo create pockets for the cutlery. You can alter the dimensions depending on the cutlery you will use.
Create tags that coordinate with your party theme and decor and add them and any other embellishment to match your event theme.
Place and wrap your cutlery in the pocket together with a napkin makes an easy and well-presented way to have them for picnics, barbecues, outdoor wedding, party in the garden or any gathering. Keep them simple or decorate them with stamps and Tattered Angels mists. Tie a bow, a ribbon or some burlap fringe and match them to any style on your event.
Wrap them up and put them in a basket, bucket or other cute display for guests to grab as they go through the line or place one on each plate if it is sit down.
