Today, I wanted to show you that you can use my Compose Your Life Collection papers also for things other than scrapbooking or cardmaking.
Believe it or not but sometimes I just get that feeling of … ‘can’t even’… you can call it laziness, lack of creative mojo or just no ideas. But if I give it some time and keep sitting at my work table, some kind of crafty idea will always finally come to my head.
That’s exactly what happened with this box. I took the Let Your Ideas Bloom and I imagined it having a shiny, glossy topcoat… This is when the idea to make and altered box lid started.

So wat’s new and different about this project? I think that there are two things: creating the shiny layer using heavy/soft body gloss, and using golden wax, which, if mixed with palpable turpentine, will create a watercolour effect on your project.
