Where are you from?
I am born in Finland but I have live all my life in Sweden. Now, I live in a small city near Stockholm.
How would you describe your design style?
I do many styles in mixedmedia, from shabby romantic to grungy and steampunk.
How long have you been creating?
I have been creating all my life. From, sewing, knitting to scrapbooking. I started with scrapbooking 2012- Then more to mixedmedia in 2014
We sent Katja some of our 7gypises Architextures together with some other Canvas Corp Brands scraps to play with, and we love what she came up with.

What is your go to product right now?
I like to work with texture and layers and I am a fan of burlap.
Do you have a signature touch you like to include in all your pieces?
There is noting right now, that was something for me to think about.
What advice would you give to someone who gets in a creative slump?
You can start with a easy project and do a scraplift of yourself. Or you can go to Youtube to see some tutorials.
“In the background, you see a lovely piece from Architextures Junk Pack – Warehouse. Then some cutting on the embossed paper with flowers and leaves. I have colored the flowers, leaves with Tattered Angel Mist.”
What is the oddest inspiration you have used for one of your projects?
There is inspiration everywhere, nature, people and of course on Internet.
Tell us one thing that people might not know about you.
I like to ironing clothes 😉
How often do you create?
I try to create little bit every day.
Do you jot down your ideas before you do them or do you create as you go?
I do no plans when I create, I go with flow. Often what I have on my table.
“I often like to use the packaging when I create. Here I have made a tag from a pack of stickers.
