Pantone has chosen ‘Greenery’ as their colour of the year. ‘A refreshing and revitalizing shade, Greenery is symbolic of new beginnings. Greenery is a fresh and zesty yellow–green shade that evokes the first days of spring when nature’s greens revive, restore and renew.’ What better colour to use to celebrate spring?! Today, Ewelina Gryglak, our Creative Crew member, shares with you her full of greens Spring Project.
‘I am getting seriously fed up with the ‘British winter’ – it’s windy, rainy and muddy. The world is cold and miserable. As a counter to this grey reality, I dug up my brightest colours and decided to bring the spring back. The bright greens mixed with yellow and sprinkles of teal are a massive contrast to everything I can see outside my window. I can’t wait for the grass to start getting green and for the first flowers to show their colours…roll on spring!’ – says Ewelina Gryglak

This project is so bright and fun! It will bring the spring feeling into your house even when the outside is grey and gloomy! Making the arrangement on a clip-board, makes it easy to both stand and hang, depending of where and how you are planning to display it in your house.
You don’t have to use the green theme – use any other colour palette and make it match your decor. All you need is 3 shades of one colour and one to contrast them. You can even colour the embellishments with the mists if you are short on the colours you need.
