I am always inspired when I see what each designer creates with the Design Package they receive.
Today we have Crew Member Monica Taylor with her take on our theme
“It’s a Small World”!

Monica’s thoughts…..

I love to travel and I also love to create cards. I decided to combine both my passions into these three cards to tell a little story of where I’ve been and where I dream to go in this small world.

It is always fun to have a theme and to see each designers interpretation of that theme. I decide to capture some of the places I have traveled for our theme “it’s a small world”

Living in both California and Arizona, I have traveled to Las Vegas Many times. It is always fun driving down the Las Vegas Strip and seeing all the theme’d hotels. I can see the Eiffel tower on one side and the Venetian Gondolas on the other.

Vintage markets can be found both in the US as well as abroad. I have visited some great Markets in Europe. It is always an adventure to see just what you may find.

My last card captures all the places I have yet to visit. The ones I dream about. There are so many out there. I plan on checking one more off my list this Winter when we visit Italy.

The globe is fantastic. It looks like it’s
bulging off the card. Using the wood
pieces is always a great embellishment.

These Small World Cards are so great. They just jump off the page. I love 7 Gypsies because the papers look so vintage. These cards would be so cute in a travel mini.
