It really is pretty amazing to see how many surfaces we’ve covered so far with Tattered Angels Products. Wood, glass, canvases, paper and now metal. There aren’t really many products like Tattered Angel’s in the market, that caters to such broad spectrum of surfaces and to say the least, produce amazingly beautiful results.
It was originally a blank piece of 6×8″ white canvas and I take absolute delight to use canvases as a platform for experimenting and finding new ways to create. Here, i pulled out several metallic items from my stash and around my home.
Metallic ornate frame, key, metallic twine, spoon and fork and metal foil. Most likely, you’d seen some of these metal items used in some amazing Tattered Angels designers already in prior posts, all used in different inspiring ways.
Next on, a card.
On this card, I utilized a metal frame and colored it with a mix of Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze (Icicle J250B) and Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam Glitter Paint (Chandelier K120B).

As these solutions are pretty thin in consistency, I waited for each layer of alternate coat to dry before applying the next. I love how rich and subdue the pale colors are on the originally silver metal frame!
Lastly, here is another card i created using metallic foil and other metal embellishments.
Here are the Tattered Angel’s Products I used :

Metallic foil (embossed) – Glimmer Glam (Peach Bellini, Blue Suede Shoes & Organic Green) glitter paint
Ornate frame – Glimmer glam (Chandelier and Tinsel Town), mixed together with gesso.
Key – Glimmer Glam Glitter Paint (Peach Bellini, Blue Suede Shoes)
In the coming months, we’ll be showing you MORE surfaces you can work with! so stay tuned !

Beautiful projects… that key on the last one really caught my eye, I’m loving the colors on that and how the details are enhanced with the paint.
