Denim and Turquoise and Pewter Oh MY!!!

I love applying glazes, paints and mists onto projects, but have often found that I could NOT find the exact match. Problem solved with the marriage of Tattered Angels and Pink Paislee. Hi everyone, Erika Taylor here today to share with you a few projects I’ve created using the Daily Junque collection from Pink Paislee and the wonderful matching Color Connection Clam pack from Tattered Angels.

When I first found out that Tattered Angels and Pink Paislee were working together to create products that you could use together, I was beyond excited. How could 2 of my favorite products get any better right? The magic that you can create, using these fantastic products together is simply AMAZING. first off I have a few cards to share with you.

For this first card, I used a combination of the Dark Denim and Turquoise Blue Glimmer Mists to hand dye the white silk ribbon.

For the next card, I also used the Dark Denim to dye a white sash of lace and the Turquoise Blue was used to spray the embossed area of the oval background for the Daily Junque balloons

Then I decided to create a layout using all of the paints in the Daily Junque clam pack: Dark Denim and Turquoise Blue Glimmer Mist, Pewter Glimmer Glaze and Organic Garden Glimmer Glam. I first started with the Turquoise Blue Glimmer Mist and a mask on the bottom of the layout, adding Daily Junque stamps for some extra ummmph. Then I painted a vertical strip on the right side with a combination of Pewter Glimmer Glaze and Organic Garden Glimmer Glam

I then painted the Basically Bare chipboard buttons with both Dark Denim and Turquoise Glimmer Mists and finally the letters were sprayed with Turquoise Glimmer Mist as well. Like they say COMMIT TO THE MIST!!! Here are a few close ups for you.

Now the last project for you today is a gift for our sons Grade 1 teacher at the end of the year. It is a 12 x 12 canvas that I’ve completely covered with all 4 paints in the Daily Junque Clam Pack. I am so in love with this canvas and I so hope that our little boys teacher will love it too.

So there you have it. 4 projects that show you just how well Pink Paislee and Tattered Angels go together. Like the ebony and ivory of a piano, these truly sing the perfect tune when you use them together.
