Describe your design style…
My design style is Mixed Media, Grunge and Steampunk.
Who or what do you give credit to inspiring your creativity?
The Scrap Around The World Team. I was new to scrapbooking and I saw all their amazing scrapbook pages on the challenge blog and from then on I wanted to be a mixed media artist.
What is your favorite Canvas Corp Brand Product? and why? Just one please!!!!
Tattered Angels Baseboard Mist – Baby Girl Pink I am in love with this and I don’t normally go for pink tones.
We asked Katie to share with us her favourite project she made using CCB products.
Why is it your favorite?
It’s my favourite because it is my first official project and I used colours I don’t normally use, which broke my obsession with the colour blue.
Do you teach and if so tell us a bit about what you teach, where you go and some of your favorite places?
I don’t teach workshops or classes but I do have a lot of tutorials on my blog.
I am the happiest doing…
Anything that involves covering something with paint or ink. If I am not crafting, I do like to read a little.
My favorite place to be creative…
If i could get away with it, I would craft on the beach… maybe if I win the lottery, I could buy my own private spot somewhere…
Tell us one cool detail about your studio or craft space…
I have a cast iron Victorian fireplace in my craft room.
Tell us one thing fun about you we might not know…
My paper collection is so big I am worried it will come through the ceiling one day.
