New things to share

Since CHA there have just been so many fun things going on with Tattered Angels, you can just feel the excitement in the air.   Plane Jane has finally been revealed .. and she and I became the best of friends during this creative process. lol   This lamp started out as a combo of  different flea market pieces, a white painted wood base with a wire basket attached to the spot where the dish sits now, and a cream colored shade from a different lamp.  I used Red Rocks (Base Board) on the shade, and on the edges of some of the flowers.  I used  Taupe Simply Sheer on the crocheted doily , Soil (Base Board) on the lamp base and Gravel (Base Board) on the flowers and lace trims.

You can see here, the beauty of the colors. ( these flowers were originally a faded peachy color)

I also loved the subtle look of the Simply Sheer on the crocheted piece.  ( I would have had a hard time cutting this handmade piece if it weren’t for the fact that it was torn. This was one way I could still put it to good use).

 This next project was done on a canvas piece from Canvas Corp.  I jused  Pop Rocks, Turquoise Blue, and Cupid.  The bird image is from Crafty Secrets Heartwarming Vintage.  The frame was made with vintage yard stick.

 The canvas album below is from Canvas Corp.  I LOVED creating with this album, and cant wait to start on another one🙂    I got totally carried away and used ALOT of different colors of Glimmer Mist on this album, but  any TA paints work great on these canvas albums!

I also printed my photos on canvas for this album. The vintage family photos looked so great printed on canvas, I couldnt wait to add them. They seemed so fitting for this album.
