Hi, it’s Traci Hayner Vanover and I have a love junk journal for you today.
It is done primarily in the color red, in a nod to Valentine’s Day, which is just round the corner!!! Are you ready?
The 7Gypsies Architextures™ 6″x6″ Blank Journal – Grid Ledger is used as a base and the design employs elements from the 7gypsies Lille paper pad, many heart-themed details, as well as several stamped images inspired by the work of Piero Fornasetti. Much of Fornasetti’s most well-known designs are those inspired by his muse, Lina Cavalieri, an Italian Operatic Soprano. After a passionate kiss shared with a costar during a 1906 performance, her fans began to refer to her as “the most beautiful woman in the world.”
This book has multiple fold-out and pocket features added, as well as lots of different textures – vintage sari ribbon, canvas accents, cotton crocheted ribbon trim on the spine, and lots of layered collage accents.
I wanted to show you how easily any of the small journals can be transformed with supplies most crafters will already have in their supply arsenal. I hope you enjoyed it!
Have a great day!
