Canvas Corp Brands 2016 Creative Crew Team Call DATE EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 3RD

We are amazed that it has almost been 1 year since we launched our Canvas Corp Brands Creative Crew.  It has been an terrific year working with designers from around the world that have taught us new ideas, inspired us and shared their creativity, their stories and their art.  If you are not familiar with our company Canvas Corp Brands you can learn a bit more here.

Our design team is diversely filled with a wide range of designers that range across so many different creativity specialties including scrapbooking, paper crafting, vintage crafting, DIY, lifestyle crafts, repurposing, mixed media, painting, sewing and more.  The design styles range from Steampunk to Victorian and from Modern to Vintage.  We love that our products lend themselves to a wide range of design specialties and styles, letting each designer’s style show through.

We are seeking applications to bring on new members to the Crew. Unlike many other design teams, our crew does not dismantle after 1 year, we ask those who would like to continue to stay on board and those who are ready to take on new adventures, new design teams or to take a break, to move on, making room for new Crew members.

The way the Crew Works is pretty simple….once you are chosen to join the Crew by our CCB Panel, you have the inside scoop to new products, become a part of the Canvas Corp Brands Crew Facebook Group, have the opportunity to submit products to our Blog, Instagram and Facebook, submit projects for Crew Challenges, share projects on your personal blog, submit items for national publications and become a part of one of our Crew Committees.  You will receive initially a $50 gift card to our Canvas Corp Brands Shop, this is for you to spend on anything you choose.  You also receive a discount code that entitles you to 40% off retail on every order you place (You also receive the discount when using your $50 gift card) When projects are chosen for our blog or have editorial placement you receive Canvas Corp Brands Crew Bucks (dollars to spend in the shop) to spend in our Canvas Corp Brands Shop. 

It was our goal to create an environment where creativity is the focus, where there is an open door for sharing ideas and there is no stress design work going on.  We have a monthly calendar with Crew Challenges, Seasonal Themes, New Releases, Technique Calls, etc.  You decide how many projects you want to create each month.  It is our hope you are driven to design, not that you design due to strict deadlines and quantity of projects.  We do however know that many of you like to work with a schedule and deadlines and we can accommodate that as well.  

The new Crew officially begins January 1st, with information, gift cards and calendar links in December to get you started.  If you would like to apply please fill out the following 2016 Canvas Corp Brands Crew Application Form and upload 2 of your favorite projects – they do not have to be created with products from Canvas Corp Brands, but we do want them to show off your design style and perspective.   We would like to have all applications in by November 1st, so we can announce the new members of the Crew in mid-November.
