DIY Wedding Ideas…Fans

If you are having an outdoor wedding, why not supply your guests with some custom-made initial fans for them to use to cool off for your special day?  You can have the fans be customized with an initial, like in this photo below, or with your favorite saying.

In this photo, it shows a collection of the DIY decor that you can make.

The initial napkin rings to the burlap birdseed bags.

Products Used:
Canvas Corp:  Yellow and Ivory paper {CCP2262, CCP2260, CCP2261}
Mini Envelopes {BAG1647}
Burlap Mini Rectangles {CVS1123}
Canvas Mini Squares {CVS1157}
Jute Rope {CRD2012}
Natural Jute {CRD2017}
Accu-Cut: Label Die
Beacon Adhesive: FabricTac
Other:  Stamps, Ink, Paint Sticks
 
Instructions for the Fans:
1.  Choose a shape for your fan, we used the Accu-Cut Label Die and cut out the Canvas Corp Yellow&Ivory Patterned Paper.
2.  Ink all of the edges {optional}
3.  Cut out kraft paper in a rectangle and attach to the label shape.
4.  Stamp or embellish the fan.
5.  Use a popsicle stick or paint sticks for the fan base.
