Easter Blessings Sign and Card

Easter is only a few days away. Like many of us there is always so much to do before any holiday. Gifts, treats, décor and food preparation are always the main focus during the last week.  If you want to get a little creative this Springy, Easter season, why not make a series of Easter handmade cards or create a beautiful sign for the front door, over the mantel or the wall. Cherry of the Cherry’s Jubilee Blog shares two terrific projects on the blog today that will inspire you to choose your favorite Spring color and create.  You can create some spring magic with your children, making special sentiments to give away at Easter dinner.

Spring Showers Easter Sign by Cherry Nelson

If you are the special host this Easter, why not jazz up your table display with a touch of elegance and whim using papers from the “Spring Showers” Collection, a part of the Canvas Corp line.  CCB Crew Member Cherry Nelson did just that. She created an elegant Easter card using the charming “Spring Showers” paper as the main focal point and sentiment. As Cherry insists, ”Its perfect as a hostess gift for this year’s Easter dinner or use for seasonal décor.”

Now if a sign is what you need to spruce up your front door this Easter or Spring, Cherry’s next project will be the perfect project for you.  She believes that you shouldn’t “overlook the treasures you find at second hand stores. Many can become an up-cycled beauty! Mine started out a boring one dimensional Christmas sign and is now a sweet Easter sign with the help of some CCB goodies!” Let’s get started.
