Have you tried applying paints to our burlap and canvas fabrics? There are so many possibilities when combining our fabric and some Tattered Angels paints. You can stencil, spray, or paint on with a brush, as Sheila did here. This little zipper pouch is so soft and romantic, and a great addition to your purse or tote bag. Like Sheila mentions, it would also be a wonderful bridal party gift- fill it with goodies for the bride or bridesmaids! Please, read on to learn how Sheila created this fabulous pouch!
I enjoy creating beautiful accessories that I can use in my daily life. This embellished burlap zipper tote, combines lots of texture, dimension and vintage embellishments. I use it for a small zippered clutch, when not carrying my large purse. Or I tuck it into my purse or market bag. This would be a great idea to make as gifts for the bridal party, or make it for a special friend and tuck in a gift card.
