Can I just tell you how easy it is to make a project, like this Kraft Envelope Album, using the majority of Canvas Corp products. I am personally in love with Canvas Corp’s handmade and embossed paper. The texture and feel of the papers just adds that extra depth to the pages. They are really easy to alter and transform into any design.
The purpose of this album was a place to put items that inspire me. I love going to the Graphic’s Fairy blog to see the vintage style images that you can download daily. {click here} I just printed off the graphics that I was drawn to and inked the edges, they were an easy fit with the Canvas Corp products! I used Canvas Corp’s Kraft Envelopes as the base for this album, you can add pages inside the envelope also.
I used Tattered Angels Glitter Spray to give color to the posies on the front cover. Canvas Corp has a basic linen look paper that loves to have color on it! I painted the Canvas mini shapes a glossy black.
Of course I used Beacon Adhesive’s FabricTac to attach everything.
The vintage buttons are from the Tim Holtz collection.
I also used WeRMemory Keepers brads that you attach using the crop-a-dile for extra support to hold the pages together.
This is the back page. Isn’t the script paper gorgeous?!
I don’t know what it is about chunky albums, I just love the look of them!
I hope this inspired you to make your own mini album. Please let me know if you make one, I would love to feature you! {jenn.canvascorp@gmail.com}
