Hi, It’s Karine from France !
Today I show you the 3 projects I propose for Tattered Angels DT : 2 layouts and a mini book.
I propose to you to bring out your alphabet dies, gesso, Glimmer Glam and….. a bit of patience in order to creatively design a very unique background !
Your page will be made up of several steps. You will begin by cutting your letters with your Big Shot, layering on your cardstock , add your gesso, a touch of paint and finally embellishing your page.
Once the Gesso is dry select 2 or more paint colors…. I selected the main colors from my photo – anis green and turquoise.
I started with my green color on the majority of my background with a large brush you can also dilute your paint for a more subtle effect.
I have added TatteredAngels « GlimmerGlam » in turquoise and I didn’t shake the bottle because I did not want any glitter on this page.
Mix both colors, use paint sparingly and play on a washed out effect.
For the second layout, I played with differents colors of Glimmer Mist and templates for a layout very colorful ! I Choose white cardstocks or patterned papers and I made myselft the background.
To finish I made a fabric mini book about my last vacation in San Francisco 🙂
Every white page has been colored with Glimmer Mist and templates ! Very fun and creative ! I played with Adirondack and Distress inks too.
Hope you like my world 🙂 thanks for viewing and I wish you a happy new year 🙂
Karine
