This week we had some fun in our office with a cookie exchange. However, the key to this cookie exchange was finding a creative way to present your cookies. Here are three creative handmade ideas for giving cookies this holiday season, and of course a handmade invitation.
The Invite
Every good cookie exchange needs an invite!
DIY Holiday Cookie Container
Using a recycled can, printed canvas and a recipe card, use this quick idea to whip up something creative in under five minutes.
And here it is all filled with yummy cookie goodness!
Paper Cookie Basket
This guy is so simple to make, but how cute does it turn out? You may wish you had more hands on this one, but rest assured, it’s definitely a eye catcher! The materials? Paper and hemp rope!
Here’s how it turned out filled with no-bake cookies.
Paper Cookie Container
This last display requires cutting, folding and gluing. It doesn’t get easier than that! We used our Farmhouse Christmas paper, red on ivory ribbon stripe, kraft tags, recipe tag, black cord, and charms.
Here’s the finished masterpiece!
These were so much fun to make, but best of all so easy! Everyone that participated in our cookie exchange did a wonderful job. And if you think these are cute, just imagine how the cookies tasted!
