We are exploring a trend we are seeing in making unique frames or covering a frame base in very creative ways. Making the frame, the art, and what is inside can be a simple saying, photo or paper letting the frame take center stage. Crew Member Tammy Brackett shows us a fun way to make a rose paper frame that looks so fun to do. You can decide the colors, the size of the roses and how many you add. A perfect valentine frame, centerpieces for a wedding shower or a birthday gift for a friend. Everyone loves roses right??!!

“A snow day projects using only things I had on hand around the house! I was inspired by the new trend to create “unusual frames” and thought paper roses would make a perfect art frame. My focus for this piece was to use the actual frame as the focal image. I kept the inside of the rose frame very simple by using a piece of text paper to fill the inside where a focal image might be.” – Tammy Brackett
