Masking in October

Wow at all the gorgeous projects again this month for our masking theme! I too have had a play with Tattered Angels screens! Here are my projects to share.

First up is a double page in my journal, the journalling reads “frustration, some days I just can’t see the forest”.

I have used one of the tree screens from the “Winter trees” set, along with Tattered Angels glimmer mist colours: ‘Blitzen’, ‘Mallard’, ‘Candy Corn’ and ‘Olive Green’.

My next project is on pages of a Prima canvas album, I have used the Butterfly screen from the “Fanciful Stencils” range, with impasto and Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam ‘Dirty Martini’ Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists ‘Key Lime Pie’ and ‘Denim’.

I then turned the stencil over and used it as a stamp on the opposite page and while it was still on the canvas I sprayed over with Tattered Angels glimmer mist ‘Lemon Zest’.

Lastly I did this Winter themed canvas using the Tattered Angels snowflake screens along with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist colours: ‘Abominable Snowman’, ‘Mallard’ and ‘Pumpkin Spice’.
