Scary Mini Banner-10 minute project!

I personally LOVE being able to complete a project quick, with little ones around…you have to act fast.  I knew that it was one of those days because my 2-year old has already drawn on the walls, climbed on the countertops, somehow got my perfume…yes, today was a 10-minute project day!

I wanted to have one final mini banner made for the Trick-or-Treat night.  This only required 4 products {plus glue, ink & chalk}.  I bought this vintage cabinet door from my local flea market and I have been switching out the banners that I hang from it seasonally in my entryway.

Pre-cut Chalkstock Triangle tags…project made easy!

I used the Chalk Ink marker to write the letters of “scary”, then I thought that I wanted the chalkstock to have a used look.  The wonderful thing about our Chalkstock is you can wipe off the letters and write something new.

Then I just used my finger to wipe off the chalk and this is what it looks like.

Products Used:
Canvas Corp:  Chalkstock triangle tags, Spooky diamond patterned paper, Black Mini clothespins, Twine
Other:  Chalk ink, Ranger Ink {vintage photo}, Fabri-tac glue

1.  Use one of the chalkstock triangles as a template to cut out the triangle on the patterned paper.
2.  Ink edges, attach the triangle tags to the paper triangle.
3.  Use chalk to write the letters.
4.  Attach the twine with mini clothespins.
