As children we all did the painted hand print craft or did this craft with our own children. I recently found a few of these crafts that my children made in preschool many, many years ago and it got me thinking. I am Julia Chupik and I think that this time, I should leave my hand prints in my art journal.
I decided to use my 7 Gypsies spiral bound ledger for this idea – to record a print of my hands at age 45.
This was a pretty quick and easy project and came together in about 15 mins. The focal point is of course my hand prints but I chose to add some stenciling and parchment rub-ons to add some extra depth to my page.
I also added a little bit of doodling to the edges of each page and that’s it. A quick, simple page to record a moment in my life.
