Fresh flowers canvas

I cant begin to express how “into” canvases I am these days.  Especially when I’m working with TA paints and loving mixing and blending, making pretty color combos … I love the space!  That and the fact that you can add, and add and add, and not worry about over saturating your paper. lol   What’s better then TA paints and a canvas??… TA paints, canvas, texture paste and fresh flowers. yay!

I have been wanting to do this for some time now, so it was fun to finally bring it to life.     I wanted to create a canvas that would hold a vintage bottle for fresh flowers.  I had  envisioned it attached with wire so that’s just what I did.  This way you can slide it in and out to add or dump water as needed.

Silk  flowers are pretty, but nothing better then the real thing.

The rubons added to the front of the glass bottle are 7 Gypsies.

Love the depth and dimension from the texture paste.

The colors I used for this canvas are  Candy Corn  Sunflower  and Apple  Glimmer Mist.   And Champagne Glaze
