A Pink Paislee Color Connections Ensemble

Color Connections are fabulous systems that pair Tattered Angels Paint Products with your favorite products! This month we are showing you how easy it is to use Pink Paislee and the matching Tattered Angels Color Connections paint system together.  They coordinate perfectly and make blending and matching colors a breeze.

I created this ensemble using Pink Paislee Daily Junque and Tattered Angels Aquamarine Glimmer Mist, Dark Denim Glimmer Mist, Organic Garden Glimmer Glam and Pewter Glimmer Glaze on each project.

I recently returned from a wonderful vacation!  This photo is of my two little girls on the beach at the Outer Banks.  I just love it.

Did you notice that I used Organic Garden Glimmer Glam, Aquamarine Glimmer Mist, and Pewter Glimmer Glaze, on all the seashells?  The Organic Garden Glimmer Glam really shows the glitter well, and looks like sparkling bits of beach sand on the seashells. Love that.

I absolutely love all the graphics, texts and numbers that are already printed on this paper line.  I sponged on a layer of Organic Garden Glimmer Glam to patterned paper to create one of the mats behind the photo.  I also misted several cut out embellishments with Aquamarine Glimmer Mist.

Ok, I’ll be honest, I’m turning 40 in about a week.  Can you believe it?  Where does the time go?  So, I’m trying to celebrate this milestone, instead of dreading it.  I loved the quotes in the Pink Paislee Daily Junque paper line and decided they fit perfectly with a 40th Birthday card.

I misted the background paper and the hot air balloon graphic with Aquamarine Glimmer Mist, edged the pink cut outs with Pewter Glimmer Glaze, and saturated the metal embellishment with Organic Garden Glimmer Glam.

The last project in the ensemble is a mini canvas.  It measures 8×8″.  It is a heavy duty canvas with 2″ width edges.  I misted the canvas with layers of Aquamarine Glimmer Mist, then poured on layers of Organic Garden Glimmer Glam and allowed them to dry.  I edged the corner of the canvas with Dark Denim Glimmer Mist and Pewter Glimmer Glaze.  Then wrapped the canvas in Aquamarine Glimmer Misted tulle.

The bird graphic was misted in Aquamarine Glimmer Mist, the quote was edged with Pewter Glimmer Glaze and the Spellbinders die cut flower was painted with Organic Garden Glimmer Glam.
