Alter Your Journal Cover with Tattered Angels and Compose Your Life

Hey crafters! Today, I’d like to show you how you can quickly alter your journal cover using my Compose Your Life papers, paints, stencils and structure paste.
Are you ready?

I’d like to show you an easy way of creating interesting dimensions on the papers – here, I used Stained Glass Paints and Ranger crackle medium. The results are amazing!!!

To add colour, I used both Stained Glass paint and watercolours – I like mixing them together because they look amazing on paper.

To add texture, I used a stencil I designed and small-grain structure paste – it dries quite quickly and creates stone-like result.

I used the following products: 
as my journal – Architextures 6×6 Sketch Book
Compose Your Life 12×12 paper – Be Original, Flower Pieces
Canvas Corp – Pen and Ink on Ivory 12×12 paper
Tattered Angels Stained Glass – Olive, Hot Pink

I couldn’t resist the fountain pen nibs, which you can find on the Pen and Ink on Ivory paper from Canvas Corp.
They seemed perfect for the design I had in mind.
