Boho Album “Treasure Valley”

Hey everyone! I am Viktoriya Porechnaya. I like mixed media and boho style so the “Bohemian Romance” by Aga Baraniak is a great inspiration for me! I used Bohemian Romance Mixed Media Pack to create a boho album. It was a very fun crafting experience for me! I also used some fussy cut flowers from Love So Sweet Paper, die-cuts, some Architextures embellishments and Tattered Angels glimmer mists.

I would like to share with you my process:

Choose three paper sheets for album pages. Score them with score board – 1/2″, 1/4″, 1/8″ in the centre and fold.

Cut floral patterns from Love So Sweet 12×12 Paper and make some floral die-cuts using Big Shot.

Use papers from the Mixed Media Pack to create pages.
On first page, I made a pocket from gold embossed paper; then added a second one inside; and used a fabric sheet for another one.

Attach curved sheet and third folded pages inside.
I used violet and green sheets for color accents and other paper layers.
Create the rest of pages this way and use cut details for decorating them.

Then I cut some various frames and added them to pages.

It’s time to add some color splashes!
At first apply clear gesso to places you want to color and dry it.
Then take a brush and paint your world with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists!
You can make splatters and splashes as you want!

Then add stamps and darker Tattered Leather sprays.

Also I added some cards, tags, cut titles and Architextures Findings, Trinkets to the album.

Finally, I made my cover from thick cardboard and leather paper from the Mixed Media Pack.
The album’s spine was made from E-Flute Kraft piece I found in the pack – it folds round album’s spine.

When all this is done, tone edges of the cover and pages with Decor & DIY Paint Sable and decorate the title cover with Sunshine Coffee Jar and some fussy-cut flowers.
