Where do you reside?
Spokane, Washington, USA
Describe your design style…
My style is best described as whimsical and unexpected. I am an out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver. I love to explore new looks, techniques, and ideas. If I can dream it, I will figure out how to make it.
Who or what do you give credit to inspiring your creativity?
My thought process is expressed in images, colors, and shapes. I don’t think in words but in pictures. Constantly translating images to words has been the perfect training ground for writing intelligible tutorials.
What inspires you today?
I am inspired by everything I see around me. Colors and shapes ignite my imagination and set my brain to creating.
What is your favorite Canvas Corp Brand Product? and why? Just one please!!!
My favorite product is the printed fabric panels. These sturdy pieces of fabric with themed images leave so much room for color interpretation!
We asked Charity to choose her favorite project she has created using CCB Products.
Why is it your favorite project?
The simplicity of the design combined with the quality of the High Impact paints contrasted with the burlap fabric.
I am the happiest doing…
Relaxing on my front porch with a cup of coffee and a friend to chat with.
My favorite place to be creative…
My creative space is a highly organized 6’x4′ space in the living area of my home. From there, I can participate in my family’s activities, conversations, and entertainment while crafting.
Tell us one cool detail about your studio or craft space…
My home has 9ft ceilings so I have extra tall shelving units for organizing my supplies.
Tell us one thing fun about you we might not know…
I am ambidextrous and have passed that ability on to all three of my children.
Thank you for stopping by! Have a great day!
