This hand-painted burlap banner is the perfect touch to this Halloween Party Decor. When it comes to holiday decorating everyone has their own personal style and what better way to show off your style than creating your own decor. Ginger walks us through the steps to creating the banner, but also inspires us to create a banner of our own that coordinates with our Halloween decor.
What you will need:
- Canvas Corp 12×12 burlap sheet (orange)
- Tattered Angels High Impact Paint (white & yellow)
- Canvas Corp cord (black)
- Mini Clothespins (orange, yellow, black & white)
Tools: paint brush, scissors, pencil, scrap paper
Step 1: make a simple candy corn pattern on scratch paper and then cut 6 candy corn shapes from the orange burlap.
2: Paint the tips of each of the shapes with the White High Impact Paint. This paint is great for painting on burlap and textured surfaces.3: paint the bottom of the candy corns with the yellow High Impact Paint.
Hang you banner on the wall, mantel or table, spreading the candy corns out to fill the space. Ginger shows us how to set up the cutest Halloween Party set up with fun bottles filled with something fun and orange, black and white straws, bright colored cupcakes and cute little goblins to watch over things.
Thank you Ginger for inspiring us to set up the cutest Halloween Party Decor!!!!!
