DIY Candy Corn Burlap Banner

What you will need:

Tools:  paint brush, scissors, pencil, scrap paper

Step 1:  make a simple candy corn pattern on scratch paper and then cut 6 candy corn shapes from the orange burlap.

file IV2:  Paint the tips of each of the shapes with the White High Impact Paint.  This paint is great for painting on burlap and textured surfaces.file V3:  paint the bottom of the candy corns with the yellow High Impact Paint.

file VINo two are exactly alike and we love the one of a kind hand-made look.

file VIIStep 4: After the paint dries clip the candy corns to the black cord.

Hang you banner on the wall, mantel or table, spreading the candy corns out to fill the space.  Ginger shows us how to set up the cutest Halloween Party set up with fun bottles filled with something fun and orange, black and white straws, bright colored cupcakes and cute little goblins to watch over things.
