Today on the blog Crew Member Emma Tildesley shows us how to bring out the beauty of the butterflies in the Tattered Angels Mixed Media Origins papers and fun ways to use the Naturally Aged kits. 
“For this art journal page I wanted to explore the theme of breaking free. I loved the butterflies on the Tattered Angels Mixed Media Origins paper, and knew I wanted to incorporate them somehow. I decided to go with the idea of the butterfly having the strength to break free from the frame it had been held in and fly on its own. I love how the paper is so versatile, and painting it with Glimmer Mists really made the Butterflies stand out.” – Emma Tildesley
I was absolutely dying to play with the Rusty Metal kit and so I thought it would be a fab idea to make a rusty mesh that was holding the butterflies captive. I loved how this turned out, it was so much fun to use the kit and watch the Camel Glam bubble up to create rust.
