Hi everyone! Zuzia Bodakowska/zuziucha here. As you probably know the new collection of Aga Baraniak has been released recently. “Bohemian romance” is an absolutely wonderful piece of art. Not only the patterns are cute but also the quality of those papers is something you will not meet at any other producers.
As a first project I decided to upcycle a round wooden box that I received a cheesecake in. It was delicious by the way!
Materials used in the process:
wooden box
Canvas Corp Bohemian Romance paper – Live Freely
Tattered Angels Color Wash Paint – White Wash Faux Finish
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist – English Ivy
Tattered Angels Chalkboard Mist Paint – Clover
scissors, paintbrush, gauze
In a few simple steps and only with 3-4 products you can create something really beautiful.
Have a look at this!
First, I used White Color Wash here and I put 2 layers on.
Let the first layer dry before painting for the second time.
Then I dyed a piece of gauze with English Ivy Glimmer Mist and with Clover Chalkboard paint.
I used pieces of gauze to place under the flowers that I fussycut.
Then just stick your flowers on the lid of a box placing small pieces of gauze under them.
It will add some extra depth and texture effect.
