Describe your design style…
I love all things Mixed Media. I’d say my style is more abstract and “messy”. I love to grunge things up!
Who or what do you give credit to inspiring your creativity?
My family and friends are all very creative so they inspire me all the time. And I have to give a massive amount of credit to YouTube and Pinterest. Just hours upon hours of constant awesomeness and inspiration!
What inspires you today?
My mom. I know, that sounds corny lol….but she’s just so creative and always so supportive in my art that I can’t help but to be inspired by her daily.

We asked Sam to choose her favorite project she has created using CCB Products.
Why is it your favorite project?
This one was my favorite because it was intuitive and it felt so freeing to create! I usually have a bit of an idea of what I wanna do before I start something but with this one, I just chose some colors and embellishments and went with it. And I loved how it turned out!
Do you teach and if so tell us a bit about what you teach, where you go and some of your favorite places?
I don’t teach. I’m still a student! But who knows what the future holds 😉

Art! …Duh! lol Art never fails to put a smile on my face. Even if I’m just watching other people create. It always makes me happy.
My favorite place to be creative…
In the comforts of my own space. I have my cozy little art corner and I feel the most comfortable there. It’s definitely the place where I get the most creative.
Tell us one cool detail about your studio or craft space…
I don’t have a photo of my space, but one cool thing people may not know is that I do my art on a draft table. It has a really ugly green colored surface that I cover with white lol. But I love standing while I art!
Tell us one thing fun about you we might not know…
Hmm… I used to be a tomboy when I was younger and totally looked the part! I mean, I reeeally looked like a boy lol. Another fun fact is that I can sing. But nope, I won’t sing for you! lol
Share with us anything about your creative life that you feel would inspire others…
When I go through those moments of low mojo and feeling like I can’t create anything, I always take a break and eventually it all starts flowing back again! A lot of times we feel like we have to constantly keep going and create every day, but sometimes that break is needed to reboot your awesomeness! And it’s ok to take it! Don’t ever feel discouraged. The creative never leaves you! That would make a good T-Shirt lol 😉
