Our Crew member, Nancy Hawes loves Christmas and her home is always full of festive decorations in every corner.
Take a look for yourself…
I just love filling every corner with a little holiday cheer. Then I like to adjust and add some extra love to my little vingnettes. Canvas Corp has this marvelous paper line called Farmhouse Christmas that comes with the perfect holiday papers and sayings – guess what… I have it everywhere in my house!
Nancy used the following for her decorations:
Canvas Corp papers – Snowflake Reverse on Kraft, Farmhouse Christmas Tags on Ivory, Farmhouse Christmas Stripe on Ivory, Farmhouse Christmas on Ivory, kraft 80#
Pure Mistable Paper – Frayed Cotton
Tattered Angels Mixed Media Origins Mini Art – Nostalgic Christmas
Tim Holtz dies/ deers – tree and ink- distress tool
Sizzix pennant die
2x4x28 wood block
Twine, hole puncher, snowflake punch
Dashing through the snow…
I made this little scene on Canvas Corp paper by just cutting stripes of paper and attaching them to a woodblock to make it stand up. I cut out some deers from kraft paper, trees from Farmhouse Christmas and specialty paper – I then inked them to add color. I also colored in the sled, bird , the saying and the snowman – cut right from the paper. I arrange them on the already covered in paper block and added some embellishments .
A Pot Full Of Goodness
This Santa is cut out of Mixed Media Origins Mini Art paper and coloured using Tattered Angels mists. Such an easy way to create the festive mood!
So fun!!! I cut out a few tags from Canvas Corp Farmhouse Christmas Tags, added a toothpick to the pack to make little signs. I love the little greetings – so easy to add to any display !
Greetings from the polar bears
This is a little wintery scene I assembled on my mantelpiece – the Canvas Corp tag adds a festive message to it.
We just love how imaginative and festive all the decorations are!
