Love themed artist trading card set

Hi everyone, it´s Sanna Lippert here today. I have a few pre-treated artist trading card bases that have just been waiting for to be used. I created the bases during the Glimmer Mist video series last year – among many other objects – and now was the time to give them new life. So today I´m sharing the ATC process with you. Next time I might sneak something else from the video series into my project.

Materials I used:
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist – Icicle Blue, Aquamarine, Pink Poodle
Tattered Angels High Impact Paint – White, Black
Canvas Corp – Artist Trading Cards White
7gypsies – Parchment Rub-ons, Grow
7gypsies – Ordre Du Jour 8×8 Paper Pad
Tattered Angels – Mixed Media Origins, Mini Art, Elegant Wings
Faber-Castell – Wax crayon, white
Sewing garn – fuchsia, light grey
Tonic Studios – Nuvo Crystal Drops – Sherbert Shimmer

Scissors and Tweezers
Black pen

To give you a better idea on how I created these artist trading cards, I´ve prepared a process video for you to watch. In this video I show every step, except how I created the background. For that part, see my last years Glimmer Mist video series, in particular this video.

Next time you are testing a product on a random piece of paper, keep that piece. Even though it might not look worth saving at first, when you add to it, layer on it and just play a little with it, you might discover that it is a great starting point for a lovely project to be.
