Hi there! Sue here to share with you more Tattered Angels and Pink Paislee love. I had fun creating with Pink Paislee’s Daily Junque line which coordinates perfectly with the Tattered Angels Color Kit of Aquamarine Glimmer Mist, Dark Denim Glimmer Mist, Organic Garden Glimmer Glam and Pewter Glimmer Glaze.
First up, my layout titled “Off To Wales”.
I used Organic Garden Glimmer Glam and Aquamarine Glimmer Mist on this layout, over one of my favourite Tattered Angels Tattered Traveller Glimmer Screens and Screen Print Clear Stamps. Don’t you love how the Aquamarine Glimmer Mist complements the Daily Junque patterned paper perfectly? You’d never have guessed that the paper was originally a plain white cardstock which I’d misted to get the aquamarine shade.

My next layout is titled “Sit. Good dog.” 🙂
I used Organic Garden and Aquamarine once again for the background, this time over Iron Works Glimmer Screens. The manila tag was misted with Aquamarine over an Elegant Emblems screen and stamped with Pink Paislee’s lovely butterfly stamp.
Some close-ups:
Look at how the glam and mist glint in the sunlight:
Finally, a canvas project using Dark Denim glimmer mist, Organic Garden glimmer glam and Pewter glimmer glaze.
The Tattered Angels mediums were used over a Prima screen which I then outlined in black for more definition. What I loved about this is how when Dark Denim is misted onto canvas it actually looks like denim. Such a fun effect.
Lots of layering with details from Daily Junque as well as muslin, trims and hand-dyed crinkled seam binding using glimmer mists, of course. 🙂
If you haven’t already, you should pick up one of Tattered Angels Colour Kits. They’re perfectly coordinated and let you take the guess work out of which colours work best together. Keep checking back on the blog as the other DT members share with you more on the other colour kits we have.
In the meantime, happy scrapping and do visit my blog for more details on the projects above. 🙂
