Hello! Lisa Winnard here with a card for any occasion with 3D paper florals. It has multiple layers and textures as well as handmade paper 3D flowers. Depending on the sentiment you use, this can be a greeting card for any occasion or any recipient – I made mine for the upcoming Mother’s Day.
Materials used:
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist – Pearl, Merlot Gold, Tattered Leather
Tattered Angels Color Wash Paint – Weathered Copper

Die cutting machine, glue, heat tool
Stamp #1 (large) flower twice, #2 (medium) flower three times and #3 (small) flower twice on to Architextures Collection #2 – ‘Travel Habit’ card, heat emboss with black embossing powder and die cut with corresponding dies or cut with scissors.
On one of the #1 (large) flowers, cut a slit from the edge of the flower between two petals to the centre of the flower. On the 2nd #1 (large) flower, cut out one of the petals from the edge of the flower to the centre. With the #2 (medium) flower, cut out one whole petal. On the 2nd #2 (medium) flower cut out two petals. on another #2 (medium) flower cut out out three petals so you are left with two, then cut a single petal from the same flower. Glue one edge of each flower, where it has been cut to the other edge to curve the flower in to a cone shape.
Start with the biggest coned flower adding glue to the centre of each flower.
Add the next sized flower. Continue with the next smallest flower. Continue with the smaller size/s of flowers. I have only used two #1 (large) flowers and three pf the #2 (medium) flowers to make this 3D flower, but if more layers are required, do the same with the #3 (small) flowers.

Use Weathered Copper color wash paint, Merlot Gold and Pearl Glimmer Mists to colour a piece of white card. Cut a piece of 7gypsies lace. Spray a small kraft tag with Tattered Leather Glimmer Mist and cut the tag in half. Add some CC hemp rope to the tag top.
Glue two strips of floral card from the 7 Gypsies Architextures #1 ‘Market Signs’, add the lace, cut tag and a piece of 7gypsies Architextures Tall Base – Triangle Grid. Stamp a sentiment on the ‘Travel Habit’ card and adhere.
The card is full of colour and contrast (the pastel background and the stamped out kraft flowers) – I think they work extremely well together.
