Hi everyone! Do you like play with planners? Are use Traveler´s Notebooks? Traveler´s Notebook is my new enthusiasm. I love to make art journal stories and scrapbooking spread on Tarveler`s Notebook. My favorite size of Traveler´s Notebook is stardard. Today I will share the spread with you.
Products used for the project:
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist – Cork, Patina, Dragonfly
Tattered Angles Glimmer Glaze – Blue Oasis
7gypsies Tickets: Calendar
7gypsies Gypsy Moments Cards: Just a Idea
7gypsies Architextures Parchement Rub-on – Build
Canvas Corp Burlap Fringe – Aqua and Sand
Are you never use stencil like a stamp? It is so easy way make different patters on background with Mists and stencils. Take one sticker and put it on the table to lie down. Spray the color you have chosen for the template. I used Glimmer Mist. Then take you stencila, turn it around and put it over the page. Take Take the towel and press the stencil against the paper for a moment. Remove the stencil template from the paper and clean it. Now you have a beutiful pattern on paper. Just like smooth watelcolor touch! I love that layer.
I cut all photos for right size. Then I distressed all edges with my scissor. I distressed all tickets and another papers too who I will use on my spread.
I put thin layers Archival Ink with blending tool on edges of my notebook. Then I made few splatters with blue mists.
I planning what i put behind of photos. I collected the details behind the picture and then I attached them together with the stapler.
Then I want more details on background. I cut out few interesting rub-on figures and rub on them on Notebook. That make a great details on background.
I glue all part of my spread on Notebook. After that I stamp few text and shapes on page. Then I start thinking how I can made some kind of drops on my spread. Then I took Glimmer Glaze bottle and start made small drops on page. And it´s works! I love those small details on my spread.
When you make a small page just like Traveler’s Notebook spread, you make some illusions of more space when you left more white empty space in your Notebook.
Happy crafting!!!
