Today our Crew Member Virág Reti shares her project for the August Challenge “Do the Planning”.

Virág says: “This is my first mixed media notebook ever. I followed the colors of the monthly mood board. My style is grungy so I wanted to stick to my style. I have never had my own beautiful notebook, so I decided to use this in the office for taking memos.”
“The inner pages of the notebook are made with turquoise edges with white polka dots. I glued some strips from them onto the cover to connect it to the pages. During the creative process I used mist in different colors. That was the color base of the composition. Than I added some more paper from the 7gypsies Harmony collection and I started to embellish the cover.”
“I found metallic elements and chipboards on my table. I really like using pages from an old book and gauze. My sister made some flowers for me and I put them on the left side of the cover.”
