Today we have Crew Member Donna Bowman showcasing her Travel Journal she created
just for that purpose, as part of our #GSLCCCBmatchup

In her words….

I love to travel and always try to keep a travel journal on my long trips. I used some of the awesome new Architextures stickers and packaging and some fabulous Gypsy Laser Soul Cuts chipboard accents to create the cover for my latest travel journal. I love to make layered collages and these supplies lend themselves perfectly to lots of textured layers.

How to make a Travel Journal

Step 1

Roughly brush Buff paint on the cover of the journal.

Step 2

Next, gather different elements for your collage and place them on the journal until you find a design you like. Cut elements to size and paint chipboard pieces to match the collage.

Step 3

Adhere elements to the journal cover with double sided tape. You might want to take a photo of you layout so you can remember where all the pieces should be as you adhere them to the cover.
