“I looked at the Mixed Media Origins Fairy Tales paper. The man looked like he was full of ideas.
The cracking eggs seamed like the birth of those ideas.
The bulb to me is also a reference to an idea. Putting the bulb into the hand, is taking control of those ideas. I know…I’m odd!”

“I love being around children, they fill me with a sense of hope and wonder.
and because of this, they often creep into my work.
This page not only represents new beginnings, but a desire to reach for the stars and do new things.
This is the first time I’ve done a project like this, and it is a little daunting, but I’m gonna try it and “reach for the stars” anyway.”
