Hello, fellow crafters! I am Julia Cotrim and I’d like to share with you my handmade dishwasher signs.
Here at our house we always have a little problem and I am quite sure we share this little problem with a lot of families! 🙂 When it comes the time to do the dishes the question is always the same: is the dishwasher clean or dirty?
And how about when the dishwasher is working and people open it and forget to put it back to work again?
That’s why I decided to create these cute little signs for our kitchen!
Easy and fun to do!
Products Julia used for her tags:
Canvas Corp Black and Ivory Plaid Paper
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist – Coffee Shop
7gypsies Architextures Stash Paque – Enjoy
Studio Julia Cotrim FogĂŁo Ă Lenha paper collection
Twine, Round Wood – 10cm
Crop-a-dile for punching the holes
- Cut the circles and pass mod podge on the wood.
- With Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Coffee Shop and a brush distress the edge of the paper.
- To highlight the embellishments and the word “clean” trace them with a fine black marker. Note: after tracing I decided to glue the blueberry from the 7Gypsies Architextures Stash Paque Enjoy to bring more color to the sign. 🙂
