The Thanksgiving turkey has been roasted and thanks has been given, making room for the holiday season to begin. We thought a little holiday decorating inspiration was a great way to kick off the season. The blank J O Y wooden letters look amazing when decorated with Canvas Corp Farmhouse Christmas Collection. Tools you will need: Scissors; heat tool optional; iron
Step 1 – Mist the canvas with the red Tattered Angels Mist and allow to dry. You can use the heat tool if you want to hurry up the process. When it is dry iron if required and stamp with the harlequin stamp onto the fabric and allow to dry.
Step 2: cut out the fabric and cover the J and then cut out the papers and cover the O and the Y.
Step 3: Embellish with charms, frame, cherry berries and cording.
This little Joy ensemble is perfect for a centerpiece, atop the mantel or under the tree. This is a great way to repurpose old holiday letters or signs with a fresh coat of holiday papers.
