We have been sharing some fun holiday tags this week and this set comes with a very fun video and simple techniques with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist that you are going to love. Ilana not only came up with these fun tags, but she found the perfect music for her video to get you in the holiday spirit. Simple white tags can quickly be transformed with just a few colors of paint for any holiday.
What you will need:
- Canvas Corp White Cardstock or Pre-cut Tags
- Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Red Chillies, English Ivy and Marmalade
- Tattered Angels Chalkboard Mist Chalk
- Label Letters by Tim Holtz
- Pearl stickers
- Ribbon
- Foam Tape
Tools: Triangle Punch, scissors, misting mat, glue, heat gun
Quick Steps:
1 – cut or punch triangles from the white cardstock or try one of the specialty Mistable Papers from Tattered Angels to get really unique results.
2 – lay your triangles onto the tags and mist using them as a stencil and misting them at the same time
3 – follow the misting techniques in the video Ilana shows you, so fun and easy
4 – layer the misted trees on the opposite colors with glue and foam dots for dimension
5 – with alpha stickers add names, holiday sentiments or something fun to each tag
6 – finish with ribbon and add to your packaging, use as names on your stockings or tie onto ornaments for your ornament exchange.
