Compose your life is the first collection by artist and watercolor painter, Aga Baraniak.  The collection is filled with beautiful flowers, color, art and inspiration on a wide range of different papers to create a wonderful array of texture, color and design.  Ideal for journaling, card making, scrapbooking, mixed media, watercolors, water media and DIY projects.  Today Crew Member, Marie Johansson share a simple but stunning canvas created with pieces from the collection.

“I really love the Compose Your Life Collection, all the details & delicate flowers. Perfect but yet not perfect – Imperfectly Perfect so to speak. On this 8×8 Stretched Canvas, I cut out flowers from the Red Flower Pieces 12×12 paper and used them to create the sense of a climbing rose. First I tied a piece of Natural Jute Cord round the canvas and then layered the cut out flowers, leaves and buds on the canvas. Leaving the canvas blank without any base or paint gives the Compose Your Life flowers a perfect background.”

The colors on the flowers, leaves and buds are beautiful.
