Mixed media origins floral card set

Tattered angels Mixed Media Origins papers come in a wide variety of designs printed on a unique cloth-like paper that can be colored, altered and used in many mixed media projects. They come in 12×12 sheets and in mini papers that make it even easier to incorporate them into smaller projects with prints that fit better in size and work just as nicely as the large sheets. Crew member, Chris Pozzi being in love with the Tattered Angels Mixed Media Origins paper, couldn’t resist not using the mini origins paper to make a colorful set of floral cards that cleverly match the 7gypsies Architextures Chicken wire.

For the Daisy Card

Using Tattered Angels – Mixed Media Origins Mini Art papers, paint flower center and a few stems with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist – Sugar Maple.

Paint leaves with English Ivy Glimmer Mist.

Paint Daisy with Sunflower Glimmer Mist. Add Summer Glow Glimmer Mist to tips of flower petals.

For the Morning Glory Card

Paint leaves with English Ivy Glimmer Mist.

Paint flowers with Valentine Pink Glimmer Mist.

Add accents to flower with Simply Sheer – Rosey and Be Mine Glimmer mist.

For the Iris Card

Paint leaves and stems with English Ivy Glimmer Mist. Add accents to stems with Sugar Maple Glimmer Mist.

Paint flower Center with Sunflower and Summer Glow Glimmer Mists. Paint remainder of flower with Dried Lavender Glimmer Mist and accent with Pop Rocks Glimmer Mist.

Apply on all cards

Dye three pieces of Ribbon. Mist three pieces of Sheer Ribbon with Dried Lavender, Be Mine and Summer Glow Glimmer Mists

Paint background with Indigo Blue Glimmer Mist. Mat each Flower Paper onto Cardstock and attach to card base. Trim Architextures Chicken Wire to fit on left side of each card and attach. Attach bows created with dyed ribbon.
