As the leaves are turning and then begin to fall we are simply amazed with the beauty of it all. Lynne shares with us today just what it is like to live in beautiful Northern New Hampshire where they must have a tree in every fall color. The beauty of them all together is simply amazing.
Here in Northern New Hampshire the foliage is at PEAK,
which for me means, I am on COLOR overload!
The leaves are BEAUTIFUL from afar,
and also close up!
With ALL the colors mixing together
to create such AMAZING SPLENDOR!
They are my inspiration for my latest Canvas Corp Brands creations!
…..and these BEAUTIFUL Tattered Angels ~ Glimmer Mist!
Gold Dijon Candy Corn Sugar Maple
English Ivy Rusty Red
I began with a piece of CCB ~ 12 x 12 Natural Canvas
Tim Holtz ~ Falling Leaves stamps
Archival Ink and the above mentioned Tattered Angels.
I had SUCH a GRAND time coloring the leaves and everything else on
the CCB ~ Greeting Cards Kraft with Canvas.
(note to self: don’t get canvas too wet as it will shrink!)
I used all kinds of ‘TOVERS from my MISFITS pile….
various Burlaps AND Flutes
Then I accented all my “Fall Leaves” with Petaloo blooms, augmented
with Glimmer Mist and twine!
No card would be complete without a quote!
I just LOVE Yvonne Blair Designs/Impression Obsession stamps!
Hope you have enjoyed my color exploration as much as I did!

Really lovely cards – I love the way you’ve distressed and aged the canvas – it’s very natural looking and lovely. Nice work!

Your cards are just so beautiful. And thanks for the photo. I always wanted to see New England in the fall – maybe one day.
